I recently got in trouble with the law and i have never been in any trouble before. It was a drug/federal case in Gulfport. I highly recommend Attorney Sean Buckley. He is an amazing person and extremely responsible for his client. Mr. Buckley listened to my side of the story and patiently guided me through the whole complicated legal process. He is very knowledgeable in criminal law and gave me priceless advice during every step. More importantly, the whole time, was extremely proactive on my case. Not guilty! Sean recently represented me in a federal trial and was successful. I was facing 15-20 years in federal prison. My life, my job... all was at stake and I was under enormous anxiety and pressure. During the entire process he was incredibly helpful, courteous, encouraging and very professional. I remember feeling nervous in court every time I had to be there, but every time Sean walked in I felt confident. When the NOT guilty verdict came in, I cannot begin to express the relief I felt and how grateful I was to Sean for the incredible amount of hard work he put into my case. I cannot recommend Sean strongly enough, he is by far the best criminal defense attorney in Texas!

Got me out of serious trouble

Last year I hired Sean Buckley to handle an aggravated assault case for me. I was falsely accused by my ex-wife of hitting her and causing injuries. Sean got her on tape telling a different story and then used that evidence to get my case dismissed. Thank you for putting an end to this nightmare.

Fantastic Attorney

Sean recently represented me in a misdemeanor trial and was successful. Sean was able to get my case moved to a pre-trial diversion rather than standard probation and ultimately was able to get my case dismissed. During the entire process he was incredibly helpful, he always returned my calls quickly and was very professional and courteous. I remember feeling nervous in court every time I had to be there, but every time Sean walked in I felt confident. I cannot recommend Sean strongly enough for anyone who needs defense.

A True Professional

Last year my husband and I hired Sean Buckley to represent our college-age daughter, who was charged with felony cocaine possession in Houston, TX. Sean was referred to us by a well-known criminal lawyer here in Miami, FL, where we live. We had never been through anything like this before as a family, and we were anxious and scared. Sean immediately made us feel comfortable with the process. He was easy to talk to, and always made time for us whenever we asked for an update. On one occasion Sean asked us to travel from FL to attend court with our daughter for an important hearing. Excellent lawyer and person

Sean successfully represented my 18-year-old grandson on a very serious felony charge (which if convicted my 18-year-old grandson would have faced 10 to 20 years in prison for something stupid he did when he was only 17). My grandson received probation which that court had never awarded any one with his charge before. When my grandson violated his probation Sean again stepped in and miraculously obtained for him another chance at probation after a year served in county jail. If my grandson successfully adheres to his probation requirements for 3 years he will have a felony no conviction on his record and will be off of probation. With Sean's professional representation, interest and his belief in my grandson I feel as though he (my grandson) is now on the positive path in life. I cannot say how grateful we are that we chose Sean to represent our family member. I feel as though only Sean could have worked both of these miracles. I communicated with Sean many times through this legal ordeal and I find his professional and personal integrity unquestionable. I would not hesitate in recommending Sean Buckley to anyone needing legal representation.

Sean Buckley came to my rescue and saved my life!

My name is John. I was in prison when I met Sean. My mother, before she passed away, had hired his firm do a parole package. I had already exhausted all legal remedies by that time. There was absolutely no hope for me. I had been in prison for nine years by then for a crime I did not commit. A long and prominent list of very expensive attorneys and private investigators and polygraph examiners and experts of all kinds and from many states had all come up empty. My mother had spent her life savings, cashed in every bond she ever bought and remortgaged her home, twice, and still nothing. Well over $100,000 in fees. Several hearings and motions and legal proceedings... Zero. Nadda. Zilch. My mom passed away with cancer. Then came Sean Buckley. A young gun with calm blue eyes visited me one day in prison and told me he thought maybe he could do something. He took my case pro bono, sorted through literally MILLIONS of documents and statements and motions and, within three years, had my wrongful conviction overturned. Through Sean Buckley hard work and dedication I was found "factually innocent" by the state supreme court. I remember when Sean picked me up from prison the day of my release. Put me up in a five-star hotel, bought me steak dinner. He even took me shopping for clothes and shoes and gave me my first cell phone. He then filed a motion to have my conviction expunged. I live in Florida now. I am married. And I am free, because of Sean.
